I also prefer to avoid fanart in commission work.And yet there are always things on the edge, so feel free to ask anyway, I'm open for discussions.

at anything I can find interesting/

General

⩺ The rights to the work remain mine. Don't use it commercially or for AI training. Don't claim it as your own creation. Don't heavily edit it without asking me first.⩺ I reserve the right to decline a request.⩺ I'm obligated to be in touch, but response may be delayed for day or two due to the schedule differences.⩺ If you use my work for you publically I expect you to mention me, please.⩺ I can use your commission as an example in my portfolio or post it on socials. Please inform me if you want to keep it private.⩺ If you cancel your commission I'm in right to use my roughs for my future purposes.
(obviously without using your characters or concepts that you provide)

Commission process

1. You contact me with your idea and reference pictures, we discuss details and price.2. I'll get back to you in the next few days with rough sketch to confirm, this may take some tries.3. Than you're approve sketch I'll ask for half of the discussed payment. I'll start to work on the commission after successfully receiving it. Also after this point I will accept only minor changes.4. Making can take from 2 weeks up to several months depending on commission complexity and my workload. Don't mind asking on progress, I can also clarify details along the way.5. As I finish I'll send you a preview, allowing very minor changes such as overall color scheme, slight extra effects.6. After preview confirmation I'll ask for second payment and with it you receive a high res files: for animation it is a .gif and .mp4 files by default.

Payment methods & Refunds

⩺ At the moment I use a third-party service named lava.top to receive PayPal and bank card payments. (I wish it would work stable, but sadly one never know)⩺ If you need to cancel a commission before I finish the work, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the time spent on this work I will try to refund you:- full first half of payment exclude 8% that service takes away, if I barely touch your piece
- 50% of the first half of payment, if I already spent some time on it
- 25% of the first half of payment, if there seen decent progress in work but it still not done
(I have no experience in partial refunds, but as far as I concern lava.top allows me to do this)
(if not, I'd rather stick to the first line)⩺ If the work has already been completed, I will not give you a refund.

I think it's good for streaming/video stuff: alerts or just a thingie in the corner.
At least how I can imagine purpose for this...- within 1000px on the larger side
